Most orders are processed and shipped within three business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt, based on availability of merchandise. A member of our customer service department will contact you should there be a delay in shipment. Because Penny James jewelry is hand-crafted, some pieces may require four to six weeks for delivery. Every item is shipped in an exclusive Penny James gift box with optional gift wrap.

·   Each purchase is shipped  Priority Express through the United States Postal Service at a standard rate of $20 per order.
·   Shipping prices are within the continental United States only.
·   At this time we are unable to accept or ship international orders, with the exception of APO addresses.
·   Each purchase over $1,000 must be shipped with a signature required upon delivery.
·   Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).
·   Orders placed on the website after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

If you are not delighted with your item it may be returned within 21 days of purchase.  Item must be unused, unworn condition and in original packaging. Contact us if an exchange is needed.  We will discuss size, metal and stone options so that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

·   Refunds will be given to the original card used for purchase.  Item must be in new condition and accompanied by a receipt.  If original receipt is not      received store credit will be issued. 
·   Gift recipients may exchange unworn items or will be issued a non-refundable store credit.
·   Special order and sale/specially priced items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
·   One of a kind/limited edition items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
·   We are unable to accept returns for Penny James items purchased from our retailers.   Returns are subject to the guidelines of each retail establishment.
·   We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
